Terms

Last updated 6 October 2026

By using Foma you agree to these terms. Foma is software that copies trades you configure; it is not a broker, adviser or fund.

1.The service

Foma reads a public feed of trades made by Fomo users and, under rules you set, places matching trades from a trading wallet created for you. Foma is independent and not affiliated with Fomo.

2.Your trading wallet

  • You control when it is funded, paused, withdrawn or exported.
  • You are responsible for keeping an exported private key safe.
  • Network fees and slippage are paid from the wallet.

3.No advice

Nothing on Foma is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Leaderboard figures describe past trades and do not predict future results.

4.Risk

Digital assets are volatile. Copied trades can lose part or all of the amount committed, can fill at a different price than the trader received, and can fail. You accept these risks.

5.Liability

Foma is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Foma is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, feed outages or third-party failures.
